Just a quick update on the camera situation. A generous, wonderful photo pea friend upgraded her 30D to a 5DII, and I purchased her 30D today. Should be here by the end of the week, just in time to really give it a workout at this year's DFW photo workshop with a very, very talented photographer and wonderful instructor, Paul Hayashi (teppotama, for the peas).

    So exciting that you're getting a new camera and get to take a workshop with such a talented photographer! Can't wait to see the mad, mad skills you pick up.
